how does cash on delivery work?
There's no payment online. You place your order, we call to confirm the details, then deliver to your door — and you pay the courier in cash when it arrives. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.
where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We currently deliver within [luvéa to confirm delivery areas]. Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days after we confirm by phone. We'll always give you a clearer window on the confirmation call.
what's your return & refund policy?
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within [luvéa to confirm return window] and we'll replace it or make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare may not be returnable except where the law requires. Full details are on our terms page.
what's in the products? any allergens?
Our Hand and Foot Rituals use single-use masks steeped in paraffin beauty wax, layered under reusable 100% terry cloth covers. The foot mask is led by collagen, jojoba oil and olive oil, and its full ingredient list is printed on the pack and shown on its product page. The Heavenly Haze body lotion is a fragranced moisturizing cream. Full ingredient lists are on our ingredients & safety page. If you have known sensitivities, please review ingredients or patch-test first, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
how hot should the wax be? what is the colour indicator?
Melt the sealed masks in a basin of hot water — for the foot mask, three to five minutes. Each pack carries a thermo-chromic label that changes colour with temperature: red means danger, grey means safe. Always test the wax before you put a mask on, and take care to avoid scald. Keep the packs away from children.
how often can i use a mask?
The foot mask may be used every day. The masks themselves are single-use — one treatment per pair — while the terry cloth covers are reusable and stay with you.
can i buy the covers or the masks on their own?
That is exactly why they are listed separately. The covers are reusable, so once you have a pair you only need to restock the masks. The rituals gather a mask and its cover together, which is the easier place to start.
